While we do strive to ship all items out correctly, we are human and mistakes do happen on rare occasions. If you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will discuss your options and send you a return label via email. Then, once we receive this return, we will either refund you for the item or send the correct item. 


We are unable to send a replacement or refund you without a return.
