How can I check the status of my order?Updated a year ago

If you would like to check the status of your order, we suggest using Shop App click here. Please use the email associated with your order to be able to check the status. 

You can track your order by clicking on the “Track my shipment” link in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, your order has not yet shipped.
